Cost: $100 / player (2 Hour Clinic)
Who: All Skill Levels (Grades 6&7) Co-Ed
Where:
- Basketball Skills - 681 Lawlins Rd #220 (front of building - drop off)
- Basketball Strength - 681 Lawlins Rd #110 (back of building - pick up)
- We will walk them from Skills to Strength
Time: 11:30am Skill & 12:30pm Strength (Grades 6&7)

What to Expect:
  • Motivating fun exercise, around other motivated kids
  • Detailed inspiring environment
  • Opening mindful meditation
  • 1 Hour basketball skills, competition & agility
    • Group training with individual attention and guidance
    • Moving & shooting drills
  • 1 Hour age appropriate strength training
    • Introduction to calisthenics & low impact weights
    • Stretching & vertical jumping
    • Ending with restful meditation 
    • Optional opportunity to replenish at the very end with 10 mins of sauna & 1 min of cold plunge (bring towel & bathing suit)

Certified in the exclusive Possible Training Certification methodology, Nick uses this rigorous program to focus on advanced footwork and detailed basketball skills, ensuring measurable improvement. About Cam

Founder & Director Cam leads age appropriate strength training sessions tailored to meet each student-athlete’s unique needs, while keeping them motivated as a group. Concerned about your child using weights? Not to worry, our younger players do a variety of Calisthenic & Plyometric exercises using body-weight to get stronger and more flexible. Cam invites athletes of all levels to increase their performance and become more athletic. Everyone is educated on how to lift properly and safely with low weights before advancing to higher levels of exercises. Strength training includes regular, vertical and speed metric testing, speed/agility training, progressive lifting programs, and regular adjustments to meet individual needs. Paired with his passionate approach and genuine care for each player’s growth, Cam creates an exceptional environment where young athletes build confidence, refine their game, and excel both on and off the court.
