HS Strength Training Here at Next Play Prep we also offer an opportunity for serious athletes to get stronger, prevent Injuries and build more confidence. This program helps athletes of all sports to increase their performance and become more athletic. Everyone is educated on how to lift properly and safely with low weights before advancing to higher levels of exercises. Calisthenics & Plyometrics Concerned about your child using weights? Try our electric body-weight strength workout that inspires kids to get stronger! Kids do a variety of Calisthenic exercises like push ups, squats, dips, pull ups and knee raises! Whiles also doing plyometrics like single leg broad jumps, standing vert tests and footwork ladders. Kids finish this workout with either stretching or mediation which they always seem to LOVE! |
